Bank Operations is responsible for executing and supporting the end-to-end operational activities that enable accurate, efficient, and compliant delivery of the organizational banking products and services. Activities may include:
- Processing financial transactions
- Maintaining account records
- Performing reconciliations
- Ensuring adherence to operational controls and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring workflow efficiency
- Resolving operational exceptions
- Implementing process improvements
- Collaborating with business partners to support seamless client and branch operations
Sales Excellence is responsible for developing and supporting programs, processes, tools, and strategies that improve sales performance, effectiveness, and execution across business lines. Activities may include:
- Supporting sales planning, performance management, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Developing reporting, analytics, and insights to monitor sales effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize sales processes, productivity, and client engagement.
- Supporting training, coaching, incentive, and execution programs that enhance sales capabilities.
- Partnering with business leaders to implement strategies that drive growth, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.
- Other duties as assigned.
Applies advanced knowledge of a job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include:
- Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
- Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Typically requires 5 - 6+ years prior experience, with in-depth knowledge of job area.
Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location, etc.
