AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist II to support the Program Management marketing team on formal and informal client pursuits, including EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and pre-qualifications. This hybrid role can be based in Arlington, VA or surrounding MD/PA areas.
The ideal candidate will manage multi-discipline RFQ/RFP responses, lead proposal strategy with capture teams, ensure timelines and compliance, coordinate graphics, and perform final layout using InDesign.
