Client Service Coordinator

Job Summary

The Client Care Associate provides general assistance to clients related to Optimum Wellness Plans, services, billing, and web support via telephony and electronic communication.

• Resolve client problems by determining the cause, selecting and explaining suitable solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommend potential products or services by recognizing and analyzing client needs.
• Manage a high volume of incoming client requests via telephone, email, and web chat.
• Contribute to team effort by meeting related metrics and other assigned duties.

• High School diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of one year of relevant customer‑service and/or call‑center experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong client‑contact handling skills and active listening.

• Work at a computer for long periods and may work more than 40 hours per week.
• Must have adequate reasoning, problem‑solving, mathematics, and language abilities.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and solve multi‑variable problems.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and arm‑hand‑finger dexterity; visual acuity to use a keyboard and equipment.
• Moderate noise level; pet‑friendly environment.

Pay Range: $17.70 – $22.62 per hour. Rate is determined by experience, skill level, and education, and may vary by location or minimum wage laws.
