Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also assist our members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot and help members with their purchases.
  • Keep carts ready and available; assist members with loading vehicles.
  • Sweep the lot, maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
  • Answer member questions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a positive attitude by greeting, thanking members, and keeping member satisfaction as priority.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns and ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies.
  • Support safe facility operations, conduct safety sweeps, correct unsafe situations, and report to facility management.
  • Use cart retrieval equipment, maintain parking lot cleanliness, and ensure carts/flatbeds are available.
  • Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and business partners to identify priorities, report progress, and recommend improvement opportunities.
What You'll Do / Additional Responsibilities

Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable; offers alternative product options; ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies; ensures items are dispensed when members arrive; resolves member issues and promotes company products and services.

Provides member service: acknowledges and identifies member needs; assists with purchasing decisions; processes member purchases; assists with payments; utilizes cash registers; locates and organizes merchandise; zones designated areas; promotes company products and services; organizes and maintains availability of carts/flatbeds; assists with transportation; utilizes cart retrieval equipment; and maintains parking lot cleanliness.

Completes work assignments utilizing policies, data, and resources; communicates progress; determines and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapts to change and learns from feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location.

Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed).
