Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking an influential individual to help retain and grow KBS client base by partnering with the Lead Consultant and Sr. Account Manager. This includes ensuring the ongoing strategy, delivery and management of the client’s unique benefit needs while acting as an ambassador to help continue to grow Kelly Benefits Strategies, “KBS.”

· Support complex clients including self-funded, level-funded, and fully insured benefit programs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned employee benefits clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Schedule regular client meetings to review benefits programs, service needs, and upcoming renewal activities.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues related to the client’s benefits package and carrier services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and support client retention efforts.

• Manage the day-to-day servicing of employee benefits accounts, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary, and other benefit programs.
• Coordinate enrollments, changes, terminations, and eligibility updates with carriers and vendors.
• Assist clients with employee communications, benefit education materials, and enrollment.
• Monitor account activity to ensure timely completion of service requests and deliverables.
• Contribute to the annual renewal process for assigned accounts by collaborating with the Lead Consultant, Sr. Account Manager, and internal teams.
• Support the development and implementation of benefit plan strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Lead Consultant, Sr. Account Manager, and carrier representatives on renewal and marketing initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, account records, and activity documentation within designated internal business systems.
• Track and document client communications, service requests, renewals, and policy changes.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of client data for accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain organized electronic files and records in accordance with company policies.

• Remain current on employee benefits trends, carrier updates, and regulatory changes that impact clients.
• Support compliance-related activities pertaining to employee benefits programs.
• Assist clients in understanding plan provisions, eligibility requirements, and administrative procedures.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

· Leverage Salesforce, client experience technologies, analytics tools, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging digital solutions to improve client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
