We are a patient-centered dental office committed to providing high-quality care in a warm and professional setting. As the first point of contact, our Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Verify patient information, insurance eligibility, and collect payments
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the dental system
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, claims processing, and reporting
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and professional manner
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in dental office software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)
  • Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-first attitude
