ESL Teacher

Kimberton Waldorf School is seeking a dedicated and passionate English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective curriculum tailored to middle school and high school students. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special educational requirements.

Part-time ESL teacher

13-15 hours/week

Anticipated needs in grades: 4, 8, 10, 12 (could be more)

Job Description:

• creating and delivering English language classes (reading, writing, speaking, listening) to non-native English speakers
• individual and group lessons, meeting students at their level
• support for students’ academic classes
• support for ESL tests such as TOEFL for high school students

Job Requirements:

• Experience with multi-age students
