Now hiring for our before and after school care programs starting in August at Waldorf Elementary Schools, Waldorf, MD.
Pay: $17.50
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 6:30 am–9:30 am and 3:00 pm–6:00 pm. Hours may vary depending on school location.
90‑Hour Certification Needed: 45 hours Growth & Development, 45 hours School‑Age Curriculum.

For those who have experience working with students, the Group Leader role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.
Early Learning ProfessionalWe’re looking for an early learning professional who:
- Enjoys working with children in a structured, high‑energy environment.
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely.
- Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
- Make child safety the top priority at all times.
- Keep the space clean and organized.
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
- Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
- Teaching or classroom leadership.
- Youth programs.
- Staff supervision or team leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
- 90‑Hour Certification Needed: 45 hours Growth & Development, 45 hours School‑Age Curriculum.
