Guidepost Montessori is seeking a flexible on-call Substitute Teacher to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms when full-time teachers are out. No formal Montessori training is required; training is provided during orientation.
As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll cover 0–6 age groups, help maintain a calm, engaging environment, and may transition to a full-time Assistant Teacher role. Hours vary; pay is $17.00–$19.00 per hour. Experience in education is helpful but not required.
