- Perform site civil design and project management tasks for a variety of projects
- Lead site civil design and permitting efforts for municipal and industrial facilities
- Manage planning, design, and permitting process
- Communicate closely with clients, establish clear goals and objectives
- Coordinate resources and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide technical expertise as a design leader, QA/QC reviewer or technical advisor
- Navigate local and state permitting requirements
- Supervise and support the work of others while mentoring junior level engineers
- 8 years or more of experience in site civil projects
- BS degree in Civil Engineering or related
- PE License
- Experience in the land development projects and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Demonstrates expertise in site civil design and project management, with a strong focus on land development projects, local and state permitting requirements, and effective client communication. Proven ability to lead design efforts, mentor junior engineers, and ensure project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
