Candidate will perform UAV flight topography at various development project sides in the MD / VA / DE / WV area. Using the data generated, the technician will produce proprietary reports utilizing CAD related software packages.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Experience with UAV operation, data collection, and aerial survey techniques
- Part-107 license, or ability to obtain license within 2 weeks of start date
- Proficiency in CAD, Excel, Bluebeam, and AGTEK related software
- An understanding of residential land development
- Ability to read and understand civil engineering plans and specifications
- Familiarity with geotechnical reports
This position requires the following:
- Clean driver's license and ability to drive company van to various site locations
- Ability to work Monday - Friday with occasional weekends as needed
- Capable of working outdoors, year round, in various weather conditions
- Capable of carrying ~70 pounds of tools & equipment across uneven terrain
