Job Overview

Bank of America is looking for a Customer Engagement Associate to assist clients in the lobby by educating and guiding them through self‑service banking options, such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. The role requires accurate cash handling, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients.

  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • 1 year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • 6 months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, administration, or finance).

Minimum Education

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Work Schedule

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay: $25.00 – $26.77, based on experience, education, and skill set.

The role includes a base salary and is not incentive eligible.

The position is benefits eligible.
