Job Overview
This role is an in‑office financial advisor position that provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through planning, brokerage product recommendations, and referral coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Triage client leads and make referrals to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build financial plans, and recommend brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities and money‑management solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services.
- Currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
- Minimum one year of experience in the investments industry with in‑depth knowledge of investment products.
- Minimum one year of experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and goal‑setting skills.
- Ability to navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
- Efficient time and capacity management.
- Thorough regulatory due diligence in daily activities, including SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan originations.
- Minimum three years of experience in the financial service industry or sales environment with goal achievement.
- Professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Insurance licenses.
- Strong computer skills in a multitasking environment.
Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays. Full‑time (40hours per week). Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 annualized, depending on experience, education and skill. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan based on performance metrics.
