Looking for Manager/Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts with leading commercial refrigeration, coffee & food service solution company located at Sector 61-Gurgaon.
The Manager Finance & Accounts will be responsible for building robust financial processes, driving compliance, and providing clear reporting for management and investors.
Key Responsibilities- Build and strengthen financial processes and internal controls to maintain accuracy and safeguard assets.
- Lead internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee management information systems (MIS), accounting operations, and taxation to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding strategies to support the company's operational and strategic needs.
- Handle investor and management reporting, providing timely, accurate, and insightful financial statements and analysis.
- Track key financial metrics and business performance indicators.
- Drive process improvement and financial governance.
