Antwerpen Automotive is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and driving the company's financial strategy.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage accounting functions, including audits, tax filings, and month-end closing.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Competitive salary range from $52,000.00 to $ per year.

What We're Looking For
Our Chevrolet finance department is looking for communicative, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. You'll work closely with sales team and financial lenders to give fair rates and the best deals to our customers.

- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources.
- Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
- Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
- Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
- Previous Auto Sales Experience is Required
- Previous F & I Experience is a PLUS
- A Proven Track Record of Job Stability and Performance
