The right mixture of great ideas and funding can create change. In a complex organization, allocating funding to where it can be most effective can be challenging. That’s why we need a Project Control Analyst like you who can navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding to make sure space and intelligence resources can make the most impact.
As a Project Control Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for moderate-to-large-sized programs, organizations, or proposals. You’ll perform detailed financial and program control activities, including assisting with budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract lifecycle support. You’ll analyze budgets, support authorizing budget expenditures, provide work leadership to junior employees, monitor expenses, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and provide resulting recommendations.
You’ll prepare the cost-to-complete, including supporting estimates and contract deliverables, responding to contract and program data calls, and participating in contract terms and conditions and statement of work reviews. You’ll also prepare detailed financial program management reviews, provide a status of key performance metrics for the company, anticipate and respond to customer needs, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers.

You Have:
- 8+ years of experience inprogram cost control or financial planning and analysis support for government customers
- Experience working with complex CLIN structures and multiple funding types or sources
- Experience with financial management of subcontractors and generating invoice details and back-up
- Experience briefing financial recommendations to a program team or leadership
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including…
