Your Responsibilities:
Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning

Requirements:
Active Maryland Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
