Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients' occupational therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve independence in daily living, motor skills, and functional ability
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning
Requirements
Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license  (or eligibility to obtain)
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy  from an accredited program
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
