Key Responsibilities:

Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions under supervision
Help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function
Monitor and document patient progress accurately
Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and therapy continuation
Maintain equipment and therapy areas in good condition
Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient outcomes

Requirements:
Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
