Position: Senior 24x7 Service Desk Ticket Lead

MISSION FIRST INC in Maryland is seeking an experienced Service Desk professional to join a 24x7 operation. You will manage dedicated ticket queues, prioritize work, and assign issues to technical resources to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment; experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, Service Now, Service Manager) and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
