Senior Cyber Operations & Policy Analyst

Job Description ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

Drive mission-critical cyber operations by enabling Cyber Command elements with elite analysis and strategic execution! In this role, you will serve as a vital link between operational strategy and tactical cyber execution. You'll work directly alongside Cyber Command elements, leveraging deep domain knowledge of cyber policy, doctrine, and operational workflows to enable real-world missions. If you thrive on navigating complex operational frameworks, evaluating and triaging cyber-relevant data using specialized analyst toolsets, and driving synchronization across mission teams, you’ll fit right in with Team Nyla.

The annual base salary range for this role is $135,000-$160,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

  Experience:
  
  Direct background working with Cyber Command elements, component commands, or Joint Cyber Centers to plan and enable cyber operations.
• Policy & Doctrine Knowledge:
  Strong working knowledge of military cyber doctrine, operational authorities, policy frameworks, and execution processes.
• Data Triage & Analyst Tooling:
  Hands-on experience utilizing standard cyber analyst toolsets to parse, prioritize, and triage operational data feeds.
• Operational Planning:
  Demonstrated capability to translate complex strategic objectives into detailed operational action plans and technical execution requirements.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, National Security, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 7+ years of professional experience in cyber planning, operations, or intelligence analysis OR Master’s Degree in a related field, PLUS 5+ years of relevant professional experience OR High School Diploma / GED
, PLUS 11+ years of specialized technical and cyber operations experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience correlating multi-INT intelligence feeds with target development and cyber planning workflows.

Background contributing to military cyber exercise design, campaign plan integration, or crisis response execution.

Excellent technical writing and briefing skills, with the ability to convey complex operational concepts to senior leadership.
