Customer Supply Chain Analyst

• Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).
• Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.
• Create and Document SOPs.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.

• BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related experience preferred.
• 3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse).
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to analyze and problem-solve.
• Time Management.

Demonstrates expertise in Supply Chain Management and Customer Operations, with a focus on achieving KPIs and compliance. Proficient in creating SOPs and utilizing tools like SAP and Microsoft Office for effective order management and reporting.
