Join our team at Morningside House of St. Charles, a leading assisted living and memory care community in Waldorf, MD. Morningside House Senior Living is proudly part of Morningside Elite Management, an all‑women owned and operated senior‑living management company.

We are looking for dedicated Housekeepers to provide exceptional care and maintain a clean, safe environment for our residents. Housekeepers may work full time, part time, or per diem/PRN.

Shifts include full time, part time, and per diem/PRN based on availability. Schedule to be discussed during interview.

• Perform general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas
• Prepare apartments for move‑in as assigned
• Participate in annual cleaning schedules
• Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely according to departmental guidelines
• Inform supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns
• Keep housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order
• Participate in energy awareness program
• Attend all required training, in‑service, and staff meetings
• Strive to maintain a safe working environment by preventing accidents, preserving equipment, and achieving safe work practices
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co‑workers
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
