UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Philanthropy Support Services Manager to lead gift processing, donor acknowledgment, and reconciliation efforts. You will report to the AVP of Philanthropy Operations, Stewardship and Finance, ensuring compliant and timely recording of charitable contributions across the system.
Responsibilities include supervising the Gifts Processor, managing cash, checks, card gifts, and other transactions, establishing controls, and supporting donor recognition programs.
