About This Role

Adventist Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Weekend Day Shift in Home Health, ideal for experienced nurses who are passionate about providing compassionate care in the community.

• Pay: $34.58 - $51.87/hour
• Location: Waldorf, MD
• Schedule: Weekend Day Shift, Every Weekend Commitment
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500

• Supervise field staff including Home Health Aides and LPNs
• Attend mandatory and non-mandatory meetings
• Document patient care according to Federal and State regulations
• Plan and evaluate comprehensive patient care
• Assess factors impacting patient conditions and make appropriate interventions

• Associate's degree in nursing required
• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• 2 years full-time experience in Medical/Surgical or facility nursing within the past 5 years

• Valid Maryland RN licensure
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Valid Driver’s License with agency insurance requirements
