We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Nursing Graduates (LPN/RN) to provide nursing services in various locations in Prince George's & Charles County, Maryland for day, evening and/or night shifts (part-time and full-time hours). Spanish speaking preferred but not required. We care for our team members with the same commitment we have for our patients.

• Responsible for safe and effective delivery of quality patient home care including taking and interpreting vital signs, administering medications, providing personal hygiene care, etc.
• Communicate with RN Supervisor to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate patient care in a manner that maximizes safe and effective delivery of home nursing services.
• Implement care to prevent or reduce risk and to achieve expected outcomes.
• Report and document nursing care given and patient response, recognizing any alterations in patient needs and intervening accordingly.
• Serve as a patient and family advocate, demonstrating respect for the privacy and rights of the patient and family in the implementation of the care plan.
• Prepare and utilize equipment and materials efficiently and cost effectively.
• Demonstrate personal and professional accountability.

• Must have 1 year of pediatric nursing experience within the last 3 years (PREFERRED). Nursing Graduates are welcome (training available).
• Pass the agency's medication exam with a score of 80% or higher.
• Current, unrestricted nursing license in the jurisdiction in which you are working.
• Background check with no criminal history.
