Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) who is seeking flexibility in your work schedule while providing high‑quality in‑home health care to children with various medical needs? We are looking for LPNs and nursing graduates (LPN/RN) to provide services in Prince George’s and Charles County, Maryland, for day and evening shifts, full‑time or part‑time.
Essential Job Functions- Responsible for the safe and effective delivery of quality home care, including taking and interpreting vital signs, administering medications, providing personal hygiene care, and more.
- Communicate with the RN supervisor to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate patient care to maximize safe and effective home nursing services.
- Implement care to prevent or reduce risk and to achieve expected outcomes.
- Report and document nursing care given and patient response, recognizing any changes in patient needs and intervening accordingly.
- Serve as a patient and family advocate, respecting privacy and rights during the implementation of the care plan.
- Prepare and utilize equipment and materials efficiently and cost‑effectively.
- Demonstrate personal and professional accountability.
