This is a part-time hybrid role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients across a range of mental health conditions. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with therapists and other care team members, documenting clinical encounters in electronic health records, and monitoring treatment progress and safety.

The role also involves offering psychoeducation, coordinating referrals when needed, and adhering to clinical best practices and regulatory standards. The practitioner will participate in case consultations, contribute to quality improvement efforts, and support a client-centered, culturally responsive care experience.

• Candidates should possess strong Mental Health Nursing and Nursing skills, with a focus on therapeutic, recovery-oriented care.
• Candidates should possess advanced Nurse Practitioner competencies, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Mental Health Care, including evidence-based interventions and crisis management.
• Candidates should possess specialized Psychiatric Care skills, including psychopharmacology and risk assessment.
• Current licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or equivalent, in good standing, with prescriptive authority as required.
• Experience providing telehealth or remote psychiatric services and comfort with electronic health record systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and inclusive care; experience in community mental health is beneficial.
• CANNOT have their own practice and/or plans in starting their own practice while working at Serenity Wellness Mental Health Center
