OverviewWe seek an experienced Registered Nurse for our Float Pool Level III. The candidate will contribute to our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
Responsibilities- Assessment, planning, intervention & evaluation of patient care at the bedside.
- Documentation (electronic) of patient care and outcomes.
- Delegation of tasks to non-licensed personnel.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor for new staff, externs, or students.
- Participate in unit quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planning.
- Pursue professional development and growth.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- 1 year of experience in a relevant clinical area.
- Current Maryland State nursing license.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area.
RN Level III Float Pool rate of $70/hour with a commitment of 3 12‑hour shifts per week (nights).
This role is a benefits‑eligible 0.9 FTE employee.

Pay Range:

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as United States of America (Non‑Exempt).
