TGIF - 2990 Waldorf Market Pl. [Kitchen Staff / Restaurant Server] As an Expo at TGIF, you'll:
Guarantee 100% recipe adherence by verifying all prepared food meets TGI Fridays standards, follows recipe requirements, and adheres to product sensitivity and plate presentation guidelines;
Ensure Line Cooks follow zoning guidelines at all times;
Keep updated on recipe changes and ensure proper recipe procedures are executed daily;
Streamline communication between FOH and BOH Team Members;
Keep prepared food continuously moving out of the kitchen to ensure food is delivered timely to the table.
