This is a full-time on-site role located in Annapolis, MD, for a Restaurant Floor Manager at Eggspectation Restaurants LLC. The Restaurant Floor Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dining area to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, managing customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth service flow, and handling guest concerns effectively. The Restaurant Floor Manager will lead by example, promote teamwork among staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and service to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
• Proficiency in Hiring and managing staff, including training and scheduling
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively manage and collaborate with team members and address customer needs
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management and service standards
• Leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role is preferred
• Food Safety and Alcohol Service certifications are a plus
