Position Summary
Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs, offering guidance and support regarding self‑service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.
Responsibilities- Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise; organizes and maintains the sales floor.
- Maintains safety of the facility through safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Ensures merchandise presentation: handles claims and returns, zoning, stocking, product displays, pricing, and identifies shrink and damages.
- Monitors product quality by ensuring rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards.
- Oversees picking and staging of club pick‑up orders, selecting and staging products according to company policy.
- Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrates and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy and assisting management with corrective action.
- Leads and participates in teams, coordinating work assignments, providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Six months of retail experience and six months of customer‑service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading a team, supervising, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload of others.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
