Provide member service, assist with self‑service technology, supervise associates, maintain sales floor, ensure safety, process transactions, and support club operations.

• Assist members with self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Supervise associates, assign duties, communicate goals, and provide coaching.
• Maintain the sales floor, merchandise presentation, inventory, and paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and conduct hazard inspections.
• Process claims, returns, and merchandise pricing according to company policy.
• Monitor product quality and rotate inventory according to SOPs.
• Oversee picking and staging of club pick‑up orders.
• Communicate and implement process improvements across teams.
• Promote company policies, ethics, and the Open Door program.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to meet business needs.

• 18 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail experience.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.

• Experience leading a team and supervising staff, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and workload management.

Hourly wage range: $22.00 to $30.00 (actual pay will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional compensation: premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific schedules, facilities, or tasks.
