Senior Account Representative

Develop relationships with corporate clients, property managers, government contacts, and other key decision-makers

Pursue high-value moving, storage, and relocation opportunities, including commercial, government, and asset management accounts

Conduct client consultations and site walkthroughs to evaluate complex project requirements

Prepare detailed proposals, pricing recommendations, and service presentations, including formal bid and RFP responses

Lead contract discussions and support negotiations with prospective clients

Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts

Expand existing accounts by identifying additional storage, logistics, and installation needs

Present District Moving’s service capabilities to businesses, organizations, and procurement teams

Maintain detailed records of client discussions, proposals, contracts, and sales activity

Provide guidance to other members of the sales team on complex opportunities when needed

Work with the Account Manager to transition awarded accounts for ongoing relationship management

Transfer confirmed project details to the Project Manager for planning and execution

Meet established revenue and account growth goals

Ability to manage complex sales opportunities with multiple decision-makers

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to attend client meetings, walkthroughs, and networking events
