Marketing Associate

• Generate qualified leads as scheduled in-home consultations through door-to-door canvassing, retail, and event booth marketing
• Record accurate prospective-customer information and provide signature service using the prescribed methodology
• Provide customers with key brand details about Renewal by Andersen products and the sales process
• Guide and educate customers to determine how Renewal by Andersen can help them
• Follow the Lead Management process to obtain and set sales appointments at event, retail, showroom, or RSVP locations
• Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines
• Set up and tear down event and retail booth spaces as needed
• Generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in assigned territories as instructed by the Direct Marketing Manager
• Use Renewal by Andersen mapping, scheduling, and business applications to maintain house-to-house and customer data records
• Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, products, current promotional offerings, and Signature Service
• Communicate ideas to the Non-Traditional Marketing Manager to improve program effectiveness
• Deliver a World Class Homeowner Experience through clear communication, realistic expectations, and adherence to Renewal by Andersen brand standards

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Minimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy
• Reliable transportation to navigate turf and assigned shifts
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to navigate through applications and programs on a personal device
• Physically able to walk 3 miles a day and stand for 6–8 hour shifts

Demonstrates expertise in lead generation through door-to-door canvassing and event marketing, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records. Proficient in utilizing mapping and scheduling applications to enhance operational efficiency and achieve appointment conversion goals.
