What You’ll Do:
- Inspire Home buyers:Persuade prospective buyers to see the value inowning a Caruso home.
- Achieve Results:Strive for a minimum of 2 net sales per month—your success is our success!
- Bethe Face of Caruso:Welcome clients with enthusiasm,professionalism, and a “We Care” attitude.
- Guidethe Journey:Assist customers in selecting their home site, houseplan, and options, and support them through the loan application process.
- Ownthe
Experience:
Ensure our model homes and communities are always beautifully presented and open for tours. - Stay Organized:Prepare contracts, addenda, and selections accurately and on time.
- Embrace Technology:Use our CRM system to manage prospects and move themfrom interest to sale.
- Collaborate& Grow:Participate in weekly sales meetings and work closely with your team.
