Ductless Technical Specialist

Requirements

• Participate in VRF/Ductless post-sales product success
• Monitor and measure processes to meet customer needs for post-sales ductless activity
• Investigate customer concerns, advise corrective action, and communicate with customers and coworkers
• Provide commercial and high-level technical product sales training to area office personnel and customers
• Conduct field training for customers on installation and troubleshooting of VRF and Ductless products
• Troubleshoot VRF and Ductless products
• Assist customers with startup and commissioning of VRF and ductless products
• Build consultative relationships and trust with owners and contracting customers
• Coach sales personnel on VRF product sales, application, and customer support
• Administer the warranty process and all post-sales ductless activity
• Participate in the METUS DSG program as an area/region representative
• Work with submittals and equipment selections to support internal and external business processes
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders, support projects, and provide detailed reports
• Engage and build relationships with resources throughout METUS and Trane

Demonstrates expertise in HVAC installation, service, and troubleshooting, with a focus on VRF and Ductless products. Capable of providing technical training and building consultative relationships with customers and stakeholders.
