Mercy Ridge is seeking a Security Officer to conduct scheduled rounds inside and outside the buildings, enforce facility policies, and respond to emergencies to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
The role includes developing rapport with residents, visitors, and staff, producing detailed incident reports, and collaborating with Concierge for daily checks. CPR certification within 6 months is required, and one year of security experience is preferred.
