We are seeking a skilled Mechanical, Hydraulic & Low Voltage Integration Technician to support manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance, and system integration. The ideal candidate will work with mechanical assemblies, hydraulic systems, and low voltage electrical components to ensure reliable operation and efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and low voltage electrical manufacturing equipment.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, hydraulic schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Assemble and integrate hydraulic components, pumps, valves, cylinders, sensors, relays, control wiring, and low voltage systems.
- Perform equipment testing, commissioning, and system verification.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and implement corrective actions.
- Support equipment upgrades, automation integration, and production line improvements.
- Wire and terminate low voltage control panels, sensors, switches, and field devices.
- Use electrical test equipment such as multimeters and continuity testers for troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
- Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and low voltage electrical systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of fluid power systems, motors, sensors, relays, and control wiring.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Technical training, trade school, or related manufacturing/mechanical experience preferred.
- Experience with industrial automation, PLC interface wiring, or control systems.
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics and industrial maintenance.
- Familiarity with 24
VDC and other low voltage control systems.
