HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

Located in Columbia Maryland our customer base includes Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Prince Georges and other surrounding counties.

Nature of work:

• Service, repair and maintenance, including new warranty installations for a wide range of light commercial rooftop, VAV, split systems, heat pumps, warehouse heat, exhaust, make up, data and computer room equipment, ductless and VRF of various manufacturers.

Requirements:

• 5 year full-time experience minimum
• Valid MD driver's License
• EPA Refrigerant Certification
• Pre-employment screening
• Strong ability to clearly communicate verbally and written
• Ability to perform service and maintenance work with minimal supervision
• Availability to perform emergency on-call service during assigned periods

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
