New Castle Management Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to service our class A apartment communities. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry to keep our properties safe and welcoming.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, is willing to earn HVAC and CPO certifications within six months, and can participate in after-hours on-call coverage.
