TAI is seeking a Back Ironworker Foreman in Sparrows Point, MD to lead field operations on structural steel projects. You will supervise 2–4 ironworkers and welders, interpret drawings, plan erection sequences, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced industrial setting.
You must have 8+ years of iron working experience, 3+ years as a Foreman, welding certifications, and the ability to read drawings. Schedule is 6:00 AM–3:00 PM with overtime and travel as needed.
