Pay & Earnings Breakdown:

• Weekly Earnings: $1,300 average weekly
  . Top drivers make up to $2,000/week
  .
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus included.
• Trailer Unload Pay: $265 for every trailer unload.
• Weekly Load Bonus: Extra $125 weekly bonus for completing 3+ loads.
• Backhaul Pay: $35 for eligible backhauls.
• Paid Training: Paid training included during onboarding.

Schedule & Route Details:

• Home Time: Home 3-4 times every week

• Operating Area: Dedicated regional routes with consistent year-round freight.
• Weekly Volume: Average 1,500 miles per week

• Workload: 1 to 6 stops per trailer.
• Freight Handling: Physical touch freight required.

Standard Fleet Benefits & Requirements:

• Benefits Package (Day 60): Full health coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) and 401(k) plan.
• Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience within the last 36 months. (Drivers with under 6 months of experience must have zero preventable CMV roadway accidents).
• Licensing & Endorsements: Valid Class A CDL;
  Double endorsement is preferred but not required.
• Screening & Record: Clean MVR, clear background, and strong customer service skills.
  Not SAP friendly.
