Parts Warehouse Associate

Bayside Kia in Waldorf, MD is looking for a Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team. • Process all parts invoices and packing slips, verifying that prices and quantities are correct and clearly indicated, and forward them to the accounting department in a timely manner.
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts.
• Check in parts orders from manufacturers' overnight deliveries.
• Handle shipping and receiving for manufacturer, UPS, and Fed Ex deliveries, and determine each package's final destination.
• Package and ship parts back to the manufacturer as needed, and complete the appropriate recordkeeping.
• Occasionally deliver parts to local businesses.

• At least one year of warehouse and stocking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A working knowledge of computers, including but not limited to internet research, Excel, Word, and parts catalog software.
• An open-minded individual who knows how to improvise when needed.
• A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position.
