Responsibilities- Manage overall classroom, providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum and utilize engaging characters to deliver educational content.
- Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress through mobile apps and conversations.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic learning environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and care.
- Six months of professional teaching experience required (one year preferred).
- High‑school diploma or GED required;
Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. - Must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements.
