The Bristal Assisted Living - 245 Wyckoff Avenue - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administer medications;
Follow policies and procedures, and adhere to the instructions of the Nurse Shift Supervisor and the Director of Wellness;
Follow Medication Administration Records (MAR) and doctors orders;
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents, while following company policies and procedures;
Provide reliable support to residents in taking medications safely, consistently and as directed by physicians
