Wellness Advisor / Front Desk Sales & Client Experience Associate

Massage Envy is looking for a professional, customer-service-focused Wellness Advisor to join our growing multi-clinic organization.

We are seeking someone who is looking for a stable, long-term position
, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to the local community.

This is not simply a receptionist position. Our Wellness Advisors are an important part of the client experience and help create the welcoming, professional environment our members and guests expect.

The right person is dependable, polished, patient, comfortable speaking with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and confident recommending services and products based on each guest’s individual needs.

• Provide warm, professional,
  red-carpet customer service
• Build genuine relationships with members and guests
• Become a familiar and trusted presence within our local community
• Listen carefully to clients and help guide their wellness experience
• Recommend memberships, massage services, skincare treatments, enhancements, and retail products
• Educate clients about services and wellness options without using high-pressure sales tactics
• Meet individual and team sales and service goals
• Schedule and rebook appointments
• Help maximize massage therapist and esthetician schedules
• Professionally handle phone calls, texts, client questions, and appointment requests
• Assist with check-in, checkout, account questions, and client concerns
• Resolve issues with patience, professionalism, and good judgment
• Maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming front desk environment
• Work closely with management and service providers to ensure an excellent client experience

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, wellness, healthcare, beauty, or sales experience is strongly preferred.

• Starting pay of $18–$19 per hour plus additional commissions on membership/retail/gift card sales
