As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll be an integral member of the patient care team, providing patients with the time and care needed, desired and deserved. You’ll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, giving patients the attention they need. You’ll be supported through a robust Hygiene mentor program and ongoing education to enhance clinical skills.

• Current dental hygienist license in Michigan and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

• Experienced Hygienist and New Graduates
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills
• Ability to meet clinical needs as required by office

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
