Age Specific Responsibility Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in assigned department. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to age-specific needs and to provide the care needed as described in the department’s policies and procedures.
Summary Provides direct care for Applied Behavior Analysis patients.

Job Responsibilities
· As part of an interdisciplinary team, implement behavioral programs, interventions, and strategies developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
· Observe, measure, record, and report client's behaviors as part of the Behavioral Assessment process and in relation to their goals and objectives as part of the Behavioral Treatment process.
· Develop, organize, and manage all materials necessary for program implementation.
· Participate in consultation sessions with the treatment team and parents.
· Complete required documentation according to protocols and within outlined time parameters.
· Perform all other appropriate activities as directed and as necessary to meet the patient’s needs and to achieve expected departmental and organizational outcomes.
· Provide various other responsibilities and clerical/therapist support as delegated by Manager.
