WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FORAs the Senior HR Generalist
, you'll serve as a key partner to employees and leadership helping drive people strategies that support business success. Your focus will include employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and training always with an eye on creating an engaging, inclusive workplace.
Employee Relations & Culture
Be a trusted resource for employees and managers offering guidance, support, and solutions.
Handle employee concerns with care, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Lead investigations and ensure fair outcomes that align with the company's values.
Hiring & Onboarding
Partner with hiring teams to develop effective job postings and attract great talent.
Manage the full hiring process from sourcing through onboarding while keeping the candidate experience top of mind.
Champion inclusive hiring practices and talent pipelines.
Performance & Development
Support performance management processes that drive clarity, accountability, and growth.
Facilitate training and coaching sessions on feedback, goal-setting, and development.
Compliance & HR Systems
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Maintain clear, up-to-date policies and documentation.
Support payroll and benefits processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Track and report on HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Share insights and collaborate on people-focused solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience &
Skills:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a generalist role.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
Experience with
ADP systems is a plus.
Bilingual in English & Spanish is strongly preferred.

Strong communication skills you're approachable, clear, and professional.
A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
High integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
SCHEDULE & PAYPay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours
Location: On-site, near Downtown Grand Rapids
